Donald E. Whitmore Jr.

Donald E. Whitmore, Jr. is a member of the Castle Bank & Trust Company Board of Directors serving as Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Loan Oversight Committee.

Mr. Whitmore holds a BS in Accounting from the American Internal College and a MBA  from the University of Connecticut.  He is a retired Director, Chief Financial Officer, and Executive Vice President of the Eastern Company.  Mr. Whitmore is a member of the Waterbury Club, Cheshire YMCA, and Corporator of the Nutmeg Holding Corporation.  He is a retired Board Member of the Waterbury Hospital and current member of the Waterbury Hospital Investment Committee.

A resident of Southington with his wife Mary for over 39 years, who have 3 grown children and five grandchildren.  Both he and his wife have been actively involved in local sports, art and music for many years.
