Robert Mazaika is a member of the Castle Bank & Trust Company Board of Directors and a member of the Loan Oversight, Governance/Compensation and Information Technology Committees. Mr. Mazaika is a retired Chairman of the Board, CEO and President of Uniroyal Chemical a $1 billion specialty chemical company headquartered in Middlebury CT. He has served on the boards of CBIA, Chemical Manufacturers Association, St Francis Hospital and Naugatuck Savings Bank. Mr. Mazaika is currently a Corporator of Nutmeg Financial, MHC and Director of St. Mary’s Health System where he is Chairman of the Executive Compensation and Finance Committees, and a member of the Audit, Pension, Governance and Strategic Planning Committees. Mr. Mazaika is also a Trustee of St. Thomas the Apostle Church as well as a Minister of Communion and member of the Finance Committee. He is a Board member of the Connecticut Golf Club and Chairman of the House Committee. As a Board member of Castle Bank and Trust Company, Mr. Mazaika serves on the Loan, Governance/Compensation and Information Technology Committees. He is the proud father of three children and has seven grandchildren. Mr. Mazaika resides in Oxford, CT.
