Duane L. Beale

Duane L. Beale is Vice President, Commercial Banking with Castle Bank and Trust Company. A graduate of the University of New Haven, Mr. Beale has over 25 years experience serving consumer and business banking needs throughout Greater New Haven and Central Connecticut as a Commercial Lender, Branch Manager, and Mortgage Originator. Mr. Beale is responsible for originating conventional commercial real estate mortgages, equipment loans, and business lines of credit in the Central Connecticut area for new and existing clients. His knowledge and experience using the programs of the U.S. Small Business Administration, SBA 504, Connecticut Development Authority, or local, regional or state agencies and organizations, gives Mr. Beale the tools to solve difficult challenges, and identify financing alternatives that benefit his customers.
Mr. Beale lives in Cheshire with his wife, Janet and four children, and is an active member of his community having served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Cheshire Chamber of Commerce, and Co-Chair of the Chamber’s annual business and community showcase, the Cheshire Fall Festival and is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Cheshire YMCA. Deeply interested in music and fine arts he is actively involved in the Cheshire High Band Parents Association, Cheshire Performing and Fine Arts, and Cheshire Youth Theater.
