Legacy Bank and Trust Expands Leadership Team in Dallas-Fort Worth Market

Legacy Bank and Trust made a significant announcement on Monday, revealing the appointment of Cameron Chancey as president for the Dallas-Fort Worth market. This move comes as part of the bank’s expansion into the area, with three new branches and a corporate office in the Uptown area of Dallas.

In addition to Chancey, Angela Duwe has joined the bank as senior vice president/managing director of treasury management in Dallas. Both Chancey and Duwe bring a wealth of experience and expertise to their new roles, with backgrounds in commercial banking and treasury management, respectively.

Legacy Bank and Trust, a Missouri-based commercial bank, has been making waves since its founding in 1907. With a strong focus on personal service and commitment to its customers, the bank has grown to become a $1.7 billion community bank with branches in Missouri, Oklahoma, and now Texas.

“We are thrilled to welcome Cameron and Angela to our team,” said Jeremy Loftin, Legacy’s executive vice president and COO. “Their leadership and experience will help us continue to provide the exceptional service that Legacy Bank and Trust is known for in the Dallas-Fort Worth community.”

Chancey’s background includes serving as vice president of commercial banking at First Horizon Bank, as well as being an advisory board member for SMU+GSV Mission Summit. Duwe, on the other hand, brings nearly 20 years of experience in treasury management, having most recently served as senior vice president of treasury management for TBK Bank in Dallas.

With these new additions to the team, Legacy Bank and Trust is poised to redefine excellence in the Dallas-Fort Worth market, driving innovation and delivering unparalleled value to its clients. The bank’s expansion into the area is a testament to its commitment to growth and providing top-notch service to the communities it serves.
